Our enormous new facility (76,000 square feet) is equipped with the most modern beverage co-packing technology, including cold fill with flash pasteurization and hot fill capabilities. Our brand new facility provides a multitude of solutions for all your co-packing needs, including five filling rooms that are each individually climate controlled and HEPA filtered, a separate pharmacy that is also HEPA filtered, on-site refrigerated storage, multiple tanks with 31,000 total gallons of capacity and 3 liquid filling lines. Everything is built to the cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, and meets or exceeds all minimum requirements for facilities, methods and controls currently used in processing, manufacturing and packing of liquid dietary supplements. These regulations ensure that products are safe for use and have all the ingredients and strength they claim to have.
